Rock Rose Gin, named after one of the locally foraged botanicals, is known for its distinctive flavour profile. Holy Grass Vodka pays homage to the aromatic Holy Grass, once used to scent church floors. The distillery's success is a testament to the passion and dedication of its founders. Visitors can take a guided tour of the distillery, learning about the distilling process from start to finish. The tour includes a tasting of Rock Rose Gin and Holy Grass Vodka, allowing you to appreciate the unique flavours and aromas. Transportation
The distillery is located just off the A836, approximately 10 miles east of Thurso. If travelling by bus, take the Stagecoach X99 from Thurso towards John O'Groats and alight at the Dunnet Bay Distillery stop. Check the Stagecoach website for the most up-to-date timetable.
